Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide services within a school setting in the Pittston, PA area, including nearby Kingston and surrounding locations. This contract role offers a 35-hour workweek supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade who present with mild to moderate needs. Multiple sites are conveniently located close to one another, allowing for easy travel between assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluation and intervention services for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students mild to moderate needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and educational goals.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based services.
• Familiarity with pediatric therapy assessments and interventions for mild to moderate impairments.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families.
• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple nearby school locations.
• Commitment to start as soon as possible, with contract ending by June 5, 2026.

Location: This position is based in Pittston, PA, with travel to nearby Kingston and additional close locations.
