Policy Services Associate

We are currently searching for a Policy Services professional who is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities The Policy Services Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Carrying out all duties related to policy processing
• Entering endorsements
• Processing cancellations, reissues and renewals
• Reviewing daily reports for errors
• Preparing correspondences
• Researching problems
• Adding and rating new submissions

Preferred Knowledge Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard.
