Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)

As a CRNA at York Hospital, you’ll work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas. With our wide case mix and Level I Trauma designation, you’ll gain exposure to diverse and complex patient populations.

What you can expect at your practice:

• New Grads welcome!
• Full-time position; 10-hour shifts available, nights and weekend coverage required
• Case mix includes: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, Robotics
• Work with an established and supportive team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Salary commensurate with experience - $250K+ for experienced CRNAs
• Signing incentives up to $125K
• 5 days of CME time off plus $4,500 CME allowance

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

• 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
• Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
• Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
