We are hiring a Clinical Manufacturing Associate to join a growing pharmaceutical company! You will operate machinery and equipment, support manufacturing operations, and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

• Type: Contract to Hire
• Schedule: M-F, 8AM-4:30PM (with flexibility for earlier/later shifts)
• Location: On-Site in Harleysville, PA
• Pay: Experience based, $22-29/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform the daily manufacturing operations and maintenance
• Conduct regular cleanings of all manufacturing equipment, areas, warehouse and facility
• Assist in the creation and updating of SOPs, Master Files, Change Controls, Investigations, etc.
• Support in the receipt, sampling and moving of GMP materials
• Assist in inventory management for GMP processes and general facility supplies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required (in a science field is a plus)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related fields; Pharma Manufacturing experience a plus
• Knowledge of GMPs/SOPs and experience assembling and troubleshooting machinery preferred
• Excellent interpersonal/organization skills, and proficient knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, up to 100 pounds
