- Location: King of Prussia office; telehealth
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time, Flexible schedule.
- Additional details: We contract with the major insurance providers and offer generous reimbursement rate! All credentialing and billing is handled by our operations team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a Licensed Professional Counselor. This role provides therapy and support services to individuals and families experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving overall mental health and well-being through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
- Offer family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching as appropriate
- Evaluate and assess the mental health needs of clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals involved in client care
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and other therapeutic modalities
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, working with neurodivergent individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
