Inventory Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing-led projects focused on improving customer experience, visitor engagement, and Brand Shop operations.
- Assist with reviewing and documenting current customer visit and VIP tour processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help update and maintain customer visit tools such as checklists, templates, schedules, and planning materials.
- Support preparation and coordination of customer visit materials including welcome kits, badges, agendas, and event items.
- Assist in organizing and preparing Brand Shop merchandise for customer tours, training sessions, and large events.
- Support inventory tracking, event readiness, and setup for peak customer engagement periods.
- Participate in implementation of updated processes and help ensure smooth execution during live customer visits and events.
- Assist with basic documentation, reporting, and follow-up tasks related to project work.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Center teams to support project execution.
- Provide general project coordination support under guidance of team leaders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and support a variety of project-based tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with direction and structured guidance.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Practical experience typically gained through education, internships, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar environments.
- Ability to follow structured project instructions and support multiple priorities.
- Strong interest in customer experience, marketing, or project coordination.
- Ability to support process improvement initiatives in a team environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-driven setting with shifting priorities.
