Line Cook
Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square is seeking an experienced Line Cook able to work Breakfast, Lunch and Diner as assigned.

Responsibilities will include cleaning and organizing the station, properly cleaning and butchering meats and fish, making all sauces and garnishes, and being able to efficiently work on every Kitchen station.
Candidate must also be able to respond to the waiters for any special requests. Must have knowledge of all the equipment in the kitchen, sanitation standards and proper knife skills and be able to assist others and give basic guidelines to the dishwasher, pantry cook and trainees.
The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience on the line in a fine dining restaurant with French / American cuisine a la carte. Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and organize a station independently.
