Abel Personnel , a trusted staffing leader for over 55 years, is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to work onsite at one of our client’s busy, structured call centers .

This is a full-time, in-person role where reliability, attendance, and performance are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English with professionalism and care.
• Provide accurate, courteous, and solution-focused service .
• Document all calls carefully and follow established procedures.
• Meet individual and team performance, quality, and attendance goals .
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment .

• $19/hour starting pay .
• Full-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ( no nights or weekends ).

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume customer service role.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Professionalism: Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer systems.

Requirements

• Background check, drug screening, and professional reference verification.
• Onsite attendance Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM) required.
