Your Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service directly to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance , including:
  • Oil and filter changes.
  • Tire rotations and air filter replacements.
  • Lubrication and other minor services.
  • Complete Factory Recalls scheduled by the service department.
  • Meet customers at their homes, workplaces, or fleet locations, providing a convenient and professional service experience.
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure safety and identify potential service needs.
  • Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
  • Collaborate with the Mobile Service Manager to prepare for upcoming appointments and maintain inventory on the service van.
  • Maintain a mobile van service log to ensure the equipment is always in top condition.
  • Stay current by participating in manufacturer training programs and events .

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow in the automotive industry.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred but NOT Required : Previous vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills .
  • Basic computer competencies and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills —you’ll be the face of our operation!
  • Dexterity, steady hands, and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must meet benefit eligibility requirements (waiting period may apply).
