Position Overview

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is expanding our window and door division and is seeking experienced, professional subcontractors to join our trusted team.

We focus exclusively on residential window and door installation and provide steady, year-round work with well-organized projects; so you can focus on installation, not finding jobs.

• Licensed and insured window/door installation crew
• Proven experience in residential window and door installation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to meet deadlines and follow company standards
• Reliability and professionalism are a must

Requirements

• Proven experience in window/glass installation, door hanging, framing carpentry, remodeling, or related construction trades
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Skilled in using hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers), power tools (drills, saws), and caulking guns
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
• Experience with fixture installation (cabinetry, electrical components) preferred
• Familiarity with metal stud framing and drywall techniques (interior and exterior)
• Construction site experience with strong knowledge of safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and interact professionally with clients
