Marketing manager

Summary:
Becker & Frondorf is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and expand our market reach. This role is both creative and analytical—balancing strategy, design sensibility, and relationship management to support the firm’s continued growth.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the firm’s marketing activities, including management of a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator and coordination with external consultants such as web developers, photographers, videographers, and marketing partners. This is a key leadership position within the firm and an exciting opportunity to help shape B&F’s next chapter, including innovative marketing initiatives planned for 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing and business development initiatives in collaboration with Principles.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to ensure consistent, high-quality output and professional growth.
- Prepare qualifications, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Manage external relationships with a variety of outside consultants.
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase notable projects, highlight firm achievements, and share stories about B&F’s work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of marketing or business development experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring marketing staff and managing external consultants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
- Experience with Insightly/HubSpot (CRM) systems, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress (or equivalent platforms).
- Background developing measurable marketing campaigns.
