Lead Global Financial FP&A Analyst

Are you a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic financial decisions across a global organization. This position offers the opportunity to partner with international stakeholders, influence business performance, and contribute to high-impact initiatives while mentoring and developing junior team members.

What You'll Do

Financial Analysis & Forecasting

  • Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
  • Deliver actionable insights to corporate, divisional, and international stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Strategic Reporting & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor across accounting, finance, and regulatory functions.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports and analyses that translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations.

Profitability & Performance Analysis

  • Evaluate the profitability of international product lines and distribution channels.
  • Recommend enhancements to financial methodologies, frameworks, and reporting processes.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze global business trends and performance metrics.
  • Identify and leverage the most effective data sources to support strategic planning and operational excellence.

Process Improvement & Project Leadership

  • Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional and international projects from planning through execution.

Team Development

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
  • Foster financial expertise and professional growth across the broader finance team.

Special Projects

  • Support key business initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
  • Experience working with international markets, global operations, or cross-regional stakeholders is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) is a plus.

Certifications

Professional certifications are highly valued, including:

  • CPA
  • CMA
  • CFM
  • Equivalent international financial certifications
