Bilingual Line Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.95 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 04:00pm)

• Lead, guide, and monitor the progress of products being inspected on the assigned line.
• Ensure all products strictly adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and address any quality discrepancies or production issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding line performance, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workflow on the inspection line.
• Assist in the basic training and guidance of new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of equipment or process issues as they arise, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.

Bilingual Line Lead Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours) throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or quality inspection setting.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English & Spanish), with the ability to effectively guide others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team or group of individuals.
