Your Role as an Automotive Transmission Technician:

Expert Diagnostics & Repairs

• Transmission Repairs & Rebuilds: Perform in-depth inspections, repairs, and rebuilds on transmission systems.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and ensure precise and efficient repairs.
• Quality Repairs: Deliver accurate, high-quality work to exceed customer expectations and ensure vehicle performance and safety.
• Warranty Repairs: Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Organized & Productive Environment

• Workstation Management: Keep your tools and workspace well-organized and ready for daily operations.
• Efficient Time Management: Balance multiple repair orders while maintaining high standards and minimizing customer downtime.

Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

• Transmission Repair Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Automotive Transmission Technician.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of transmission systems, including repair, rebuild, and diagnostics.

Education & Certification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Vocational Training or Certification: Preferred in automotive transmission repair is highly valued.

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential for test-driving and transporting vehicles.
