Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Psychiatric Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in psychiatric nursing preferred License: Current license to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania Certifications: BLS certification and CPI NCI training required, both renewed every 2 years Must-Have: - Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred - Full-time experience in psychiatric nursing or employment in a Behavioral Health program preferred - Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others - Professional and supportive demeanor Description: Provides direct professional nursing care to patients. Responsible for assessing patient needs. Plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care provided to the patient. Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality care in a psychiatric setting. Adapts to the needs of patients and the dynamic environment of psychiatric care. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment and support. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best practices in psychiatric nursing. Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations in the treatment environment. About Cynet Health
