Fork has been one of Philadelphia's most respected fine dining restaurants for over 25 years — and we're looking for a cook who wants to learn and develop their skill, knowledge and leadership skills.
This is a hands-on role working directly alongside Executive Chef Sam Henzy in a kitchen that takes its craft seriously. You'll build real depth in house-made pasta, work with ingredients sourced from local farms and artisans, and operate in an award-winning kitchen where the standards are high and the learning is constant.
What you'll be doing
- Executing a rotating seasonal menu with precision and consistency
- Learning butchery, sauce work, and plating technique from a team that's been doing this at the highest level
- Taking ownership of your station — prep, mise en place, and service
- Growing into a leadership role if you want it
Who we're looking for
- A cook with 2+ years of professional kitchen experience who wants more than a job
- Someone who's curious about ingredients, technique, and where food comes from
