Facility Maintenance Techanician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

The Facility Maintenance Technician supports the daily operations and upkeep of building facilities by performing basic repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in building maintenance who are eager to learn, work with their hands, and develop mechanical and technical skills across a variety of building systems.

Facility Maintenance Techanician Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and desire to learn maintenance trades.

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

• Good communication skills and willingness to take direction.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
