We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and welcoming Part-Time Front Desk / Light Admin to join our team and assist with the daily operations of our spa.

Job Summary
The Front Desk / Light Admin professional is the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage the front desk, handle scheduling, and perform light administrative duties to ensure the spa runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Manage appointments and scheduling using our dedicated software.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and document management in Google Drive.
- Support social media communication and engagement.

Schedule & Flexibility
We offer flexible part-time hours within our operating schedule. Candidates do not need to be available for every shift listed below, but availability during these windows is preferred:
- Mondays: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Thursdays: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Fridays: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Drive and experience with scheduling software.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; understanding of social media for professional communication is a major plus.
- Attributes: Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
