Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Erie, PA. Candidates will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements and translating them into actionable insights for technical and functional teams.

Rate Range: $49/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support insurance-related systems and processes.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and QA teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Document workflows, use cases, and business rules for insurance applications and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
