ServiceNow TPRM

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow TPRM for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing the ServiceNow TPRM module to manage the vendor risk lifecycle and ensure compliance.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow TPRM job responsibilities include:

• Configure and implement the ServiceNow TPRM module to manage the vendor risk lifecycle, including onboarding, assessments, and continuous monitoring.

• Develop workflows, questionnaires, and scoring models for risk tiering and compliance assessments.

• Customize and maintain dashboards and reports to track third-party risk posture and remediation progress.

• Integrate TPRM with internal and external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub for seamless data exchange.

• Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with GRC/IRM teams to align TPRM with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks and provide ongoing support for configurations and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

• Strong expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow TPRM module, including workflows, questionnaires, and dashboards.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and automation tools such as Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $54.00 per hour
