Are you a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for meaningful work that fits your schedule? BAYADA Home Health Care is currently hiring aides to care for pediatric clients in both home and school environments . We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a real impact on their health, development, and daily life.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and companionship to children with direct care needs in the comfort of their home and during school hours

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Support clients in safely participating in educational settings

• Collaborate with families, nurses, and school staff to ensure continuity of care

• Monitor and report changes in the client's health

Who You Are:

• Current CNA; 1 year of verifiable direct care experience through an employer; OR successfully complete Bayada's paid 2-week home health aide training class

• Experience is preferred , but not required-we provide training!

• Able to provide compassionate, reliable care and build trust with children and their families

• Comfortable traveling to both home and school locations in the local areas

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
