What the day will look like
We are seeking an experienced pharmacy executive recognized as a visionary in the pharmacy marketplace, with a proventrack recordof leading a dynamic pharmacy consultingand solutions businessand established relationships with PBMs and other pharmacy stakeholders. This senior-level executive will drive business growth, mentor and manage a high-performing team, and champion innovation in pharmacy solutions, and drive the evolution of ourservicessuite.
Business Strategy & Innovation
Create a forward-looking strategy for evolving our pharmacyconsultingservices, includingcoalitionpurchasingsolutions to lead the market in a rapidlychanginglandscape Translate strategy toaservice and solution roadmapto drive growthandviablemargins Maintain executive-level relationships with keymarket stakeholders ThoughtLeadership Provide thought leadership at a national level; be recognized as a "brand" sought out by clients, prospects, and colleagues for advice. Be recognized internally and externally as aninnovatorinthe pharmacy consulting industry. SalesGrowth Create and execute a multi-year growth plan for Aon's pharmacy business across all stakeholders-employers, health plans, consumers, and other criticalpurchasers. Drivepharmacy sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Collaborate with other leaders within Health and across Aon on cross-practice sales. People Leadership and Delivery Recruit,retain, and engage a high-performing, diverse team. Create effective collaboration and communication between the pharmacy practice, clinical and other specialtypracticesand the core HealthSolutionsregionalteams Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients and colleagues. Createvision, organizational structure,and execution planfor efficient,scalableand profitabledelivery of pharmacyconsultingandsolutions.How this opportunity is different

Skills and Experience That Will Lead toSuccess
Visionary leader withtrack recordofbuildingand scalinginnovative services and solutionsin the pharmacy space
Fifteen plus years of extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, including management of colleagues and leading pharmacy advisorystrategies and solution development. Proven ability to engagekey market stakeholders (employers,health plans, PBMs, etc.)at an executive level andestablishtrusted relationships. Track recordof successful collaboration across multiple functions and experience levels.Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in a health-related fieldpreferred.
Postgraduate degree or comparable business experience. PharmDprofessional degree preferred, but notrequiredHow we support our colleagues

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $330,000 to $380,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance. This role does not accrue vacation. Rather, this role is eligible to take paid time off at the discretion of the employee and management in accordance with company policy and practices. Various other types of leaves of absence; paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance; optional personal insurance policies, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions. Eligibility for benefits is governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
