Job Summary:
Seeking a self-assured, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a polished professional demeanor to join our team as a Residential Move Concierge to work directly with customers in setting up essential services (eg, utility, internet, TV / streaming, and home phone services; movers; insurance) for their new home.

Key Job Functions:

• Provide a positive, professional customer experience, including, but not exclusive to, establishing and maintaining customer rapport, customer trust, and customer satisfaction
• Call new / existing customers, make follow-up calls, explain technical information about services (eg, internet speeds / packages / installs), be comfortable asking customers relevant follow-up questions to help them determine the best option, and schedule services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service providers and their products to be able to efficiently manage customer calls and confidently address customer queries / issues in a timely, professional manner
• Completely and accurately document all customer interactions and service transactions in the online system of record(s)
• Provide regular reporting of call / service totals at the specified frequency
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet established goals and service standards
• Work on special projects, as assigned

Job Requirements:

• An ability to clearly and succinctly explain technical concepts and ask relevant follow-up questions to help customers determine best options
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities, customers, and system requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an interest in and aptitude for learning technology (eg, computer phone calls, online system of record for customer documentation, vendor systems)
• Prior sales, telecommunications or real estate experience required.
• Familiarity with internet services, speeds, and related products are a plus

Job Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate with commission and performance-based incentives

• Up to $60.00/hr. + potential with commission and bonuses

Employee Classification: 1099 / PT

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
