Communications & Marketing Operations Specialist

Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time Communications & Marketing Operations Specialist in the office of University Communications & Marketing. The Communications & Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of executive level, complex, and confidential administrative and operational support duties. This role supports the efficiency of University Communications & Marketing and assists administrators across the division with budgeting/forecasting, project coordination, event planning, and overall scheduling support. This position also provides direct, high level administrative and personal support the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Associate degree with at least 3-5 years of experience as an office manager, advanced-level administrative assistant, or executive assistant. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Impeccable grammar, spelling, proofreading and data-entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and office management skills with the ability to work independently on a wide range of tasks. Strong understanding of workflow and process management. Ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners. High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
