Responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet client needs, including workflow design, UI customization, and dashboard optimization. Develops and maintains integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices. Oversees platform administration tasks such as upgrades, deployments, and performance tuning. Engages directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and knowledge transfer. Ensures quality through testing and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and staying current with platform updates. This role will be hybrid onsite 2-3 times a week in the Pittsburg PA or Cleveland OH office. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 2-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Proven success implementing ServiceNow modules, with deep knowledge in at least one core area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Strong grasp of platform architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript).
• Skilled in workflow automation, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) and ITIL principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with client-facing experience.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to expand technical breadth.
• Committed to quality, collaboration, and continuous learning. Desired qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, Security Operations, GRC, or ATF.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900.00 - $137,100.00.
