Tri-County Insurance Associates in Valley View, PA is looking to add a goal-oriented individual to our insurance sales team who is able to use their critical thinking skills to think outside the box. We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our company. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , you will be expected toensure continuing care toour large book of current clients as well as generatenew business through cold calling and warm leads .

• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales while providing exceptional customer service.
• Use each interaction with customers as an opportunity to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, cross-sell , and solve problems .
• Provide policies to new clients, explain benefits/risks of the policy, and issue insurance documentation.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Minimum 1-3 years prior sales experience.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Previous insurance experience.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems.
