We're currently seeking a full-time Personal Banking Advisor to serve as an integral part of our new branch team in Bellefonte, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join our bank as we expand to the Bellefonte area and look ahead to future growth opportunities in the region.
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will get to:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our branch or call the branch for assistance.
- Perform a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, from basic cash handling to more complex banking transactions.
- Work hands-on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Build relationships with our customers and connect them with products and services that support their financial goals.
- Help new customers become acquainted with our bank and our services.
- Leverage your talents and skill set to help achieve bank-wide goals.

The right person for the Personal Banking Advisor role will have a High School diploma and at least two (2) years' of strong customer service experience. He/she should possess a general interest in the financial services industry and desire to develop a long-term employment relationship.
Other requirements:
- Passion for problem-solving and working with people
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.
- Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly so that others may understand
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Ability to use repeated motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers constantly throughout the day
- Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Ability to frequently move items up to 25 lbs. in weight
