Electronic Records Clerk

: Dollar Bank is hiring for an Electronic Records Specialist. You will respond to specific requests by searching, locating, retrieving and delivering records or information through established procedures and delivery systems in a timely manner. You will also assist with imaging projects. You will be primarily dealing with supervisors, co-workers and other staff members for the purpose of exchanging operational information. Successful candidates in this role typically possess excellent time management and organizational skills along with attention to detail. This is an in person on-site position. Principal Activities and Duties:

• Provide back-office support for Bank departments to serve their customers' needs accurately and promptly.
• Handle phone inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Track department activity including requests and responses using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Retrieve customer records via main frame, Nautilus, or other bank system.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance of record retrieval requests.
• Maintain awareness of operational procedures and policies and utilize this knowledge in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Assist in billing and invoice processing of third-party vendors.
• Primary contact between the off-site vendor and departments for record storage. Oversee the process and billing of each individual cost center monthly for destruction and records retrieval, both incoming and outgoing.
• Assist in ongoing imaging projects as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience using document imaging software such as Nautilus, OnBase, DocuWare, or other is a plus.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be an able to multi-task and be a positive acceptor of on-going change.
• Attention to detail; ability to accurately input and retrieve account documents.
• Must be able to work independently, able to focus on multiple research requests for several hours each day with minimal supervision.
