Job Title: I2M Excellence Training Coordinator
Location: New Kensington, PA
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced I2M Excellence Training Coordinator to support Innovation (R&D) Excellence initiatives . The ideal candidate will manage training programs, develop curriculums, analyze data, and ensure competency alignment across R&D teams to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to strengthen R&D process competencies.
- Develop and maintain training strategies, curriculums, and schedules.
- Partner with leadership to define roles and maintain role-to-process matrices.
- Monitor training plans, execution, and performance against KPIs.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of role and training data.
- Serve as a Superuser for TEDS, Lumens, and Qlik Sense tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
- Experience: 5+ years in training coordination or a related technical role.
- Proficient in MS Office, TEDS, Lumens, Qlik Sense, SAP, Workday, Planisware .
- Skilled in Statistical Analysis, Database Management, and Change Management .
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
