Administrative assistant

Cleveland-Cliffs, Butler Works has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to the General Manager. The Administrative Assistant will need to be organized and self-motivated to carry out projects and daily assignments.Summary of Responsibilities:
Maintain the General Manager's schedule. Make travel arrangements for the General Manager. Maintain the Butler Works Intranet. Help budget for the General Manager, Butler Plant, Security and Office Buildings. Pay monthly invoices and enter Purchase Orders. Put together daily, weekly and monthly reports. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate will all levels of employees. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Proficient computer skills including knowledge and experience in databases and spreadsheets.Preferred Qualifications:
3-4 years of Administrative Assistant experience.Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
