Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH
Contact patients via phone to assist with the payment of medical bills.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients, ensuring they understand all relevant details.
Review patient accounts and document all interactions and feedback.
Work with patients to negotiate fair and manageable payment plans.
Set up payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card.
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and confidentiality.
Meet or exceed performance goals and expectations.
Collaborate with team leads and management to resolve any disputes and ensure positive patient experiences.
Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service orientation and commitment to patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
Comfortable using technology, with basic computer skills required. Education & Experience Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
College coursework (1-2 years) is a plus. If you are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a remote setting, we'd love to hear from you!
