Job description:

• Front Desk Sales & Student Success Coordinator.
• $18/hour + Commission Opportunities.
• This is NOT your typical sales job.

At Our Martial Arts Academy , we don’t just teach martial arts—we help people build confidence, discipline, and strength that changes their lives.

We’re looking for someone who can be the first impression, the motivator, and the guide for new and current students.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in helping people take that first step—and stick with it:

• Call and text new leads to schedule their first class.
• Follow up with trial students to help them get started.
• Reconnect with past leads and invite them back in.
• Reach out to current students to keep them engaged and consistent.
• Handle membership enrollments and renewals.
• Support merchandise sales.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy front desk experience.
