Now Hiring: Machine Operators (2nd & 3rd Shift)

York, PA | Up to $24/hour

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of production — ensuring top-quality products and smooth operations:

• Operate digitally controlled machinery and support equipment
• Load raw materials, feed wire, and handle finished goods
• Perform machine setups and changeovers between product runs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Measure and verify product quality using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with maintenance/support teams
• Operate a forklift (training provided / certification required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
