Front Desk Coordinator
The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming communications, helping create a positive and professional first impression. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls

- Communicate effectively through phone and email correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
