Veeva Business Analyst - SS103
TITLE: Veeva Business Analyst
EMPLOYER: Slipstream IT, LLC
DUTIES: Establish and ensure strategic alignment with stakeholders for Veeva CRM platform and long-term scalability for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Author user acceptance test scripts and summaries. Facilitate UAT, perform quality assurance, and prepare validation documents to manage daily project activities, including schedule, scope, change orders, and budgets. Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, person assigned, and resolutions. Oversee Veeva CRM platform and integrations with other systems to resolve issues.
LOCATION: Blue Bell, PA. (Full-time telework permitted)
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering or related field and 8 years in any job title using information technology for development and implementation of Veeva Commercial products and platforms. Prior experience must include: 5 years working with Veeva CRM Administration and applications for clients in pharmaceutical industry; 5 years of experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) support process; and Post product implementation experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT issues. Full-time telework permitted.
