Climate Solutions Sales Rep (Philadelphia)
Job Description
Climate Solutions Sales Rep is responsible for driving climate revenue across a regional book of business consisting of top-ranked general building and specialty contractor accounts. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages assigned strategic accounts while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities, including mega, mission-critical and high-profile projects that may fall outside the existing customer base. The role involves engaging customers at jobsites and offices, delivering value-driven presentations for heating, cooling, drying, and indoor air quality solutions.

Identify, pursue, and close new climate control solutions opportunities across the region

Engage early on projects to review drawings, specs, and jobsite requirements

Consult with customers to design engineered heating, cooling, drying, and humidity solutions

Balance time between the branch, the field, and administrative follow-up throughout the week

Build long-term relationships with PMs, Superintendents, and key project stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years experience within commercial construction environments
-
Experience with an engineered solution (Pump & power, temporary structures/fencing, trench, flooring solutions, HVAC, Climate Control,etc.)

Strong working knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints (specs, elevations, measurements, take-offs)

Ability to speak the language of Project Managers and Superintendents and sell consultatively to them

Comfortable owning and growing a regional book of business, managing opportunities from early engagement through close

Highly technical aptitude with the ability to translate jobsite needs into effective solutions

Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM

Experience with Bluebeam or comparable construction document management tool Direct experience with Climate Control solutions, including heating, cooling, drying, dehumidification, or indoor air quality
Exposure to mega projects or mission-critical construction (e.g., data centers, large commercial or industrial builds)
Background selling specialty construction products or services (scaffolding, temporary structures, engineered solutions, access systems, etc.)
PM-adjacent or consultative experience (Construction Project Manager, Field Engineer, Building Conditions Consultant, Applications Engineer)
Understanding of how projects manage temperature and humidity differently across seasons and project phases
