What’s the Role About?

As a BOH Float, you’ll be the versatile backbone of our kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly. With at least 1 year of experience , you’ll bring your skills to support our kitchen team in multiple areas, ensuring we deliver the high-quality food and service our guests love.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring ingredients are ready for service.
- Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Jumping in wherever needed, whether it’s dishwashing, plating, or helping with inventory.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar back-of-house role.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills and the flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
