Sales Executive
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Uncapped Potential Earning)
Location: Hermitage, PA
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and sell new and used vehicles confidently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, finance, and service departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driving License
