We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This position requires someone who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and support office operations. The role is fully onsite and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal processing office.
Responsibilities:
• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, ensuring timely distribution.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files to support office operations.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to update and manage records.
• Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
• Scan and digitize documents, ensuring proper categorization and storage.
• Assist with back-office tasks to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Proven experience in mail processing and file management.• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with document scanning and digitization processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a detail-oriented legal processing office environment.
• All candidates are required to undergo a clearance process prior to employment.
