We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who lives and breathes CNC technology. You aren’t just looking for a desk job; you’re a problem-solver who wants to get on the floor, optimize cycle times, and push the limits of what our machines can do.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Optimize: Develop and refine manufacturing processes for complex components, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• CNC Mastery: Create, test, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-Code/M-Code) and select the best tooling and fixturing for the job.
• Streamline Production: Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Design team to ensure "Design for Manufacturability" (DFM) and support the shop floor operators during first-article inspections.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with a heavy focus on 5 Axis CNC machining (Milling, Turning, or Multi-axis).
• Tech Specs: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks,).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
• Mindset: A passion for precision and a "continuous improvement" DNA.

Pay: $80,957.33 - $97,497.00 per year
