Product Pricing Analyst
Pop! Promos is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Product Pricing Analyst to join our growing Product Pricing team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining product pricing models, developing product launch strategy and analyzing product performance. This role will work closely with our product development and go-to market teams and play a key part in shaping our pricing strategy across all of our product lines. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, make strategic recommendations and step into full ownership of the pricing function in the next 12-18 months.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: comfortable working with data, collaborating across teams and contributing to business-critical decisions.

This role is an exempt, hybrid position located in Philadelphia, PA with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is not currently available for position.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain product pricing models:
- Analyze costing from factories and logistics to recommend optimal pricing strategy.
- Research and analyze competitor pricing, product features and value propositions to help define market-relevant pricing tiers.
- Build and maintain accurate, management approved product pricing and information in the pricing database.
- Develop product launch strategy as it relates to product pricing:
- Work with marketing, art, and sales teams to build launch schedules and strategy and ensure timely delivery of pricing, cost data and product information for launch.
- Propose product pricing structure for products in development.
- Provide post-launch performance analysis to inform future development decisions.
- Analyze early stage sales and customer feedback to recommend launch adjustment or promotional strategies.
- Product performance analysis and reporting
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks across categories or channels.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Development, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field
- 2+ years relevant work experience in data analysis, market research, or product development.
- Strong quantitative skills including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present to groups of team members. Experience communicating with overseas teams is helpful, but not a requirement.
- Willing to travel internationally to factory partners to develop relationships occasionally.
