General Labor
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast-paced work environment. This position is a combination of the Unloader and Picker role , requiring employees to assist with unloading incoming shipments as well as selecting and preparing products for orders. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, active work and are looking for a steady, full-time schedule with benefits.
Location: Hazleton, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging materials
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
- Complete tasks efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior general labor or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
