ProCare Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice with eleven locations treating various physical conditions throughout Central PA. Our number one priority is our patients. We provide personalized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting.

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Altoona. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized.

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department

• Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and transferring calls as needed

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently

• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Assist with additional office projects and tasks as required

• Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies

• Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

• Professional demeanor and a positive, customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures

• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
