Our client is a growing food manufacturer. We are looking for a motivated individual to identify and engage new business opportunities. Please expect to smile and dial throughout the majority of the work day. This is 100% in office and the hours are full-time starting around 8:00 am. Pay is $25-$28 an hour DOE. Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated individual to help drive our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities.

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential B2B customers,This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects for the Sales team.

• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers within the food industry using database.

• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to generate new qualified sales leads.

• Should expect to be on the phone most of the day.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and prospective customer needs to tailor messaging and value propositions effectively.

• Document all lead activities, qualification details, and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to cold call and engage C-level decision-makers
