Application System Analyst Jr
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance for enterprise applications, databases, and vendor products.
- Review and troubleshoot code syntax in C#, Java, .NET, and SQL/Oracle scripts.
- Execute routine and ad-hoc tasks, including Oracle patching, data archival, and system updates.
- Support outage management systems (OMS) and assist in handling outages and related data processes.
- Generate and respond to web report inquiries and other system-related requests.
- Coach team members and end users on ongoing system processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve product issues and ensure application functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation for system support, maintenance, and code changes.
Skills:
- SQL and Oracle database management.
- C#, Java, .NET, and PowerShell scripting.
- Oracle patching and system maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and code review.
- Outage management systems (OMS) support.
- Vendor product support and collaboration.
- Web report generation and inquiry resolution.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors.
