Job Description



Purpose of the role


To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.



Accountabilities

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

  • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.

You will work within a global team to build resilient, SLA-driven systems using modern Spring Boot-based architectures and scalable front-end technologies.


To be successful as a Senior Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with:



  • Designing and developing scalable client reporting platforms using Spring Boot, Angular micro-frontends, and modern architectural patterns
  • Building and optimizing high-volume enterprise systems with good performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Supporting SLA-driven production environments, including incident management and rapid issue resolution
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Working effectively within global delivery models, partnering with offshore teams to ensure consistent execution

Some other highly valued skills may include:



  • Driving innovation through modern best practices and AI-enabled tools while clearly communicating complex technical concepts
  • Implementing advanced metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions to maintain real-time platform visibility
  • Working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and data modeling for reporting workloads
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized development patterns

This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.


Minimum Salary: $120,000


Maximum Salary: $175,000


The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
