What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support CNAs/Resident Assistants to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
• Administer medications per eMAR guidelines
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
• Address resident and family concerns promptly
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Respond to emergencies and make informed decisions aligned with community policies

What you will need:

• Certified Medication Technician, required
• High school diploma, required
• Previous experience in senior care or a related field, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
