Digital Product Manager, Marketing and Data Cloud

As the Digital Product Manager, Marketing & Data Cloud, you will help shape and execute our strategy to optimize customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. You will play a critical role in leading the deployment and adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple business units worldwide. This is a key role within a 3-person product team (Sales, Service, and Marketing/Data Clouds), responsible for leading the deployment and ongoing evolution of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud across multiple business units.You will partner with an external implementation partner and cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Service, Sales, Commercial Excellence and IT to drive a successful enterprise rollout, ensuring scalability, consistency, and adoption. Post-deployment, you will own the Marketing & Data Cloud roadmap, shaping its evolution in line with customer needs, business objectives, and industry best practices.
This is a unique opportunity to define how the company engages with customers, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver personalized, omnichannel customer experiences. This will be a hybrid role with someone reporting in office three days a week in either Pittsburgh, PA, Rueil Malmaison, France or Wroclaw, Poland.
Key Responsibilities Deployment & Implementation Lead the global deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, working closely with our Digital Marketing CoE and external implementation partners. Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, Service, IT, Analytics, data management, commercial excellence) to identify dependencies and ensure integration with other Salesforce clouds and enterprise systems. Capture, validate, and prioritize user stories, ensuring they are ready for delivery. Oversee functional design, testing, and deployment with the implementation partner, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Promote standardized processes and templates while balancing regional business needs. Ensure data flows between Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other platforms are well-defined, accurate, and secure. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Post-Implementation & Product Ownership Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, and system capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements. Drive adoption and continuous improvement by monitoring usage, gathering feedback, and analyzing KPIs. Keep track of Salesforce product innovations and the competitive landscape to shape future product evolution. Work closely with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud product managers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end CRM ecosystem. Stakeholder & Change Management Act as the key liaison for Marketing and Data Cloud across all regions and business units. Collaborate with business leaders to align on goals, standardize processes, and minimize customizations. Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and benefits to senior stakeholders. Support change management activities to enable adoption of new capabilities by business users and marketers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with responsibility for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud (or equivalent platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, SAP, etc.) in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud features (journey builder, email studio, mobile studio, personalization, automation, customer journeys) and Data Cloud capabilities (customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation). Experience managing large-scale deployments with system integrators or external vendors. Hands-on experience capturing and prioritizing user stories in an agile framework. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a global, multi-business unit environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Business Analyst, Product Owner) strongly preferred. Knowledge of data governance, consent management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
