Au Pair
We are looking for an au pair to care for our one-year-old. Daily childcare focuses on following her routine and includes play, reading, stroller walks, simple outings, meals, and naps. We're looking for someone who enjoys being present and engaged and is comfortable with a predictable daily rhythm. Language exposure is important to our family, and we are especially interested in an au pair who can speak Italian naturally during daily routines and play. We value clear communication and will share schedules in advance so our au pair can plan her personal time. When working, the focus is fully on childcare. When off duty, personal time is respected. A car will be available with permission, including for personal use. This position is a good fit for someone calm, reliable, and comfortable working with young children.
