This is a 12 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer support for the contact center.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.
• Provide immediate availability to customers.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Provide documentation within company systems.
• Be knowledgeable about Manheim’s products and services.
• Make decisions that eliminate impediments to customers' ability to buy cars.
• Demonstrate confidence in both the business and Manheim’s product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organization skills with strong attention to details required.
• Basic computer software skills required.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
• Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding arbitration of vehicles, preferred.
• Automotive, mechanical or body shop experience with complaint recording and resolution, preferred.
